- Railroad art, especially narrative art that conveys social realism
- Contemporary art showing modern portrayals of railroad subjects and themes
- Art from 1900–1950 (especially the WPA era)
- Reginald Marsh (1898–1954)
- Voices of Railroad Art, an oral history featuring artists, art historians, curators, gallerists, and others
- How to make the art world less intimidating to new collectors
